Who we are
SKADD Payments is part of the SKADD Media group. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you send us through skaddpayments.com.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number (if given), business type, approximate monthly transaction volume, the markets you sell into and any notes you add. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, for security.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, for example which pages are viewed and how many demo requests are sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not receive the details you type into the demo form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request, arrange a demo and prepare a proposal for your business. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with service providers who help us deliver the demo and the platform, under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we are in discussion with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email demo@skaddpayments.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
